Applicable law and competent courts
Czech law is applicable to this site. In the event of a dispute, only the courts in whose territory NIVEKO’s registered office is situated are competent.
Niveko collects and processes the personal data of customers for customer and order management (including customer administration, tracking of orders and deliveries, billing, monitoring of solvency, profiling, and sending marketing material and personalised advertising).
Lawful basis for processing

Furthermore, the customer has the right to receive a copy of their personal data (in a structured, customary and machine-readable form) and to have their personal data forwarded to another company. In order to exercise the above-mentioned rights, the customer is requested to:
- personally adjust the settings of their customer account; and/or

The customer has the right, at no charge, to object to any processing of their personal data for the purpose of direct marketing.
The customer has the right to submit a complaint to the Committee for the Protection of Privacy.
